When I saw the thumbnail image, I thought, "Wow! El Roco caught a movement on the CGR!". This railway must be the "Bermuda Triangle" of railroading. I guess one thing that made me think these units were operating was the lack of graffiti on them-- unusual.

When I get to the point that I can distinguish between GP 38's and 40's consistently, it will be time to take up inter-squad basket weaving - but thanks. Plaster City is definitely located on the path less traveled. I assume that is why they have not been tagged, however the copper thieves have found them, so it is only a matter of time before they are stripped out.
