Think this is first time I have seen a road crossing this close to a track diamond crossing.

Indiana has many a crossing with a road/roads going thru them. Almost all are changed or gone so the road is not an issue but a few still exist.

There's also one in West Chicago Illinois with the Union Pacific West line triple track at a similar street crossing.

Broad st. Griffith IN. a number of years ago had a 'triple-double' crossing partially in the middle of the street. Today it's a 'double-double'. At one point in time, the Griffith tower controlled 5 railroads crossing on 19 diamonds. Lots of pics and vids on YouTube and Google.
