A great photo of a much-missed part of railroading. This colorful little train looks tough and read to go! My eye is drawn down the consist to the silhouette of the crew member in the cupola window. (and comments on the plow are right!).

A time when railroading was about getting the job done the right way. Not, how can we do it with as few people as possible. Great photo, Bill. I love all the little details.
