Low cost in what way, Reinhard? Low cost fares for customers or low cost to build? What is the typical speed for this train on this line?

Low cost means very cheap ticket prices, depending on the day of travel. There is no dining-car, no first class and baggage is restricted. The number of passengers is 20% higher than in a common TGV-set.

Forgot to mention the speed on this line. It is between 270 and 300 km/h.
