Joyce, I suspect this is the East London - Cape Town train, which leaves ELS on a Tuesday and I see you captured this on a Wednesday. Also the train has both sitter and sleeper coaches (which seems to match the Shosh Meyl website info about this train), plus a single catering vehicle, not a double diner.
