I doubt a pig train was "Oak Island bound," since Conrail's northern NJ "Trailvan" facilities were at Meadows Yard (Kearny), Portside Yard (Elizabeth) and North Bergen Yard (North Bergen), plus Croxton Yard (Secaucus) later on. The only "pig" facility at Oak Island was the "D&H" terminal used for its trackage rights access.

I don't think that this was a pure TOFC train, just a general freight with pigs in the consist.
