Impressive even as the building now stands. Can anyone tell us about this BIG building ?? What or how was this building filled ??

I can tell you that Charles was probably watching his back (or someone was). I was there about a year ago and the area is very risky to venture into... It is very sad to experience, it almost feels like a war zone. I don't think there is a window left in the building.
