Apart from the lack of smoke deflectors, the larger cab and some details, it looks quite similar to the French, American-built "141R" (see RPN picture 499078 and the album #1514 http://www.railpictures.net/album/1514/ ). And indeed, because of the urgent need for procurement of new engines right after WWII, the 141R were directly derived from a then common American design.
