Don't mean to be a troll or anything, but from my knowledge if a train doesnt have a pole or pantograph or hell wheres the catenary or the 3rd rail, its a DMU

You're absolutely right.
But here there is a 3rd rail, which is barely visible between the tracks. You can also see it better on the right pair of tracks, one being clearer than the other.

Jean, you are absolutely right. Sarmiento line uses 3rd rail for these chinese EMU
