Does anyone have any information on this coach as far as what type it is and who it might belong to?

It appears to be PPCX 800069 - former Frisco Pullman "Cimarron River". I found some information on it here: http://condrenrails.com/Recent-Trains/S-S-Badger-p2.html
The one in front of that is PPCX 800640 - former UP Pullman "Pacific Union".

That eastbound Amtrak train is the Cardinal. I saw that train with those private coaches in Charleston, WV.

Thanks for the info on the coaches. It was a good two day stretch for me on RRP. Two top photos two days in a row :) Now I just need to work harder and smarter to get the coveted PCA, SC and photo of the week. That might take a bit though!
