Chicago Union LOOKS quiet, mostly because, like Penn Station NY, all the real ACTIVITY takes place in its dark, dingy, smelly, and drafty or hot (depending on the season) basement. STILL, its nice to be able to come up to the concourse if you've got some time to spend there.
