This loco is going forward and not backing away as described.

Having taken the photograph and standing there, I can assure you it was backing up. This is the cause of an engine going 5MPH or less and the wind blowing in the same direction.

Ya, it was just barreling down the siding at track speed, and then the fence. Insert big eye roll here.
