Interesting that the MOW clean up crew removed the 'trucks' from the hoppers. Then neatly stacked the flanged wheels next to the fence on the right. Kinda unusual but I am sure there was a method to their madness.

The trucks are only attached with a center king pin. In a wreck they usually come off if the railcar turns over.
