What is the critter in the back behind the nose of the lead SDP?

The center-cab diesel, a wood L&N cab and an 0-4-0 sat over near the L&N freight house. I think they belonged to the Montgomery chapter of NRHS, but that is a bit of a guess. Don't know any history on the locos.
