What is the reasoning or purpose of this Neff Yard to Neff Yard move?

Good question! I believe this cut was dropped off the rear of an eastbound intermodal. The cut was dropped essentially right beside the yard on a lead. The intermodal continued on east, but in order to get the cut of cars to the ramp in the yard, the cars had to made a loop around the city. Normally intermodals will just pull into the ramp, swap blocks and go, I do not know why this time it was done differently.
