Don't know which great photo today to comment on. Thanks for them all!!The train doesn't run but still can follow line on bike path. It is a tough run with a heavy grade, would have been nice to see those SD do it.

We explored that area a couple of years ago and discovered what had to have been a great backwoods branch line, that lasted far longer than the N&W Abingdon Branch, and seems to have been virtually ignored by the railfan press.
