I'm going to point out that it goes without saying and then go on and say it anyway, that looks expensive.
I wonder that if like when Dad worked for the Navy recruiting district staff in Georgia in 1970s and they budgeted in the cost of losing a couple company cars per year to dear collisions, RRs budget to have to replace several cars and locomotives lost in wrecks: you know it is going to happen eventually, the world is not perfect.
