@ leroy82646, thanks for your comment. The CG sub-letting was a nice touch. By 2010, most subletting had been removed or changed to "NS." If these locomotives did not have the reflective striping applied, this scene could have been ten years earlier. It was around the time of the Conrail acquisition, 1999, that NS began applying the locomotive model designation beneath the road number on the cab.
