Boy those were the daze.You waited for the train to pass and a conductor gave you a wave,or at least the train had a caboose on the rear. Sometimes at night the caboose would roll by with the searchlight pointed down the rear of the track gently swaying with the movement of the cabooses roll down its railway. I and a lot of other railroad fans wished we were rolling along on this here train,maybe i was,wait a second I never rode any coal trains ,to doggone dirty fer me.But doggone it if that aint the cleanest hack you ever did see. good photo Mike, Cheers .
