I have noticed, El Roco, that you continue to visit the Carrizo Gorge RWY on a regular basis. I am glad that others can enjoy the harsh beauty of the place besides you. Your pics from this area are ALWAYS very interesting. It seems like it would be a unique line to model (N scale, for the scenery?).

The San Diego Railroad Museum has modeled the Goat Canyon trestle in HO. They are located in Balboa Park at 1649 El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101. As to why I end up in the gorge from time to time, I don't know, perhaps because it is there. The scenery and the critters are quite stunning and the Sonoran Desert is very different than the Mojave, which is my usual stomping grounds.
