Great photo Wharton but I am struck by the irony in your caption. First 88 operating as Extra 1966, flying white "extra" flags. If Seaboard Air Line would go to the trouble of designating this train as an extra, complete with extra flags, why didn't they instead display green "section" flags and classification lights on 1966?
