Good shot! But could you please classify the loco correctly?
There are NO more es40dc's, they have been upgraded to 4400 hp, as such they are now ES44DC's.
Same with the C44's.

This photo is special to me. I spent the first 17 years of my life living in the brick house at the extreme left. Mom's bedroom window is just visable behind the power pole. I spent many happy hours in the 1950's and '60's as a kid playing on the track where these locos are setting. Our property bordered the Southern's right of way. What a blast from the past
