This train always runs with two locomotives (both typically six-axle). It's usually longer when starting from Newark, but often shortens after dropping cars at Port Reading. Geeps working Browns are frequently transferred in and out via this train, which is the reason for the 3rd locomotive. I'm thinking locomotives don't get fueled at Browns.
