Wow - simply amazing. First, that 30th Street Station in this shot is actually a privately owned station not connected with the Government. Second, the station is still named "Pennsylvania Station-30th Street" and not the "William H. Gray III 30th Street Station." and third - look at the ballast in the yard! Long gone, covered in cement - and I suppose, eventually, a skyscraper at one point. Wild shot, John! Thanks for sharing these!
