It looks a lot better than it has before... Still a bit strange. I wonder if this is a temporary paint job until it makes it's way back north?

It was painted in November 2013. At that point CP had this unit listed for sale, probably wanted it to look better as it was in rusted Guilford paint. Not sure if it is still for sale or not.
