Steve, I love the pic with the accompanying information. The Zephyr was the Real Deal. All 3 parts were equally important. In 1966 like above, none of the 3 rails had been merged with other rails yet. CB&Q, D&RGW, & WP were all classy railroads. Growing up near Salt lake City, I got to see both the Western Pacific & Denver & Rio Grande Western on a regular basis. Thanks for the memories.
