Have any idea what the car behind the engine is?

It's UP 210, the mobile laboratory or dynamometer car. It was rebuilt from a heavyweight sleeper in the 1960's and you can just see a section of its clerestory roof behind the cupola. Its appearance was recently altered by the addition of solar panels along each side of the roof.
