Nice machine! It looks like it was a successful design. I bet the boiler, being vertical was very efficient since the heat of the fire wants to go up rather than sideways as in most railway locomotives. I suppose USA railroads did not use this type of design mostly out of chauvinism. Well done as always Georg.
