At first glance, I thought for sure I was looking at the new Amtrak Talgo train. Glad I opened full size as it is certainly more appealing. Wouldn't this make a really wild powered scale model? Nice catch!

Is this operational? Yeah - I too think it would be interesting to see in a scale model for a model railroad layout.
