James, may I ask have you ever had trouble taking photos in Provo yard? I have been taking photos in the Provo yard for years, and just last month a UP railroad cop gave me a ticket. I was just driving down Colorado Avenue on the south end of the yard and he pulled me over and told me I was trespassing. I told him there was not any 'no trespassing' signs, but he said 'it should be assumed'. Have you had any similar experience?

I rarely travel through Provo Yard anymore, but when I do I like to get in and get out quickly. Technically, the UP cop had no right to ticket you while driving on a public roadway. If that happened to me, I would call the Provo Police Department immediately and report the incident.
