You made a mistake, Erik. The locomotive you've photographed is a 4,400 hp GE ES44AC.
When the Union Pacific downgraded its 6,000 hp AC6000s to 4,400 hp engines (which were numbered from 7500 to 7579) their numbers were changed and the original ones were taken by new General Electric Evolution Series locomotives.
