I love the trespass warning sign. In New Zealand fines range up to $20000 for trespass in rail corridor as per signs and law. I'm wondering what the laws might be in the US and, moreover, how great shots like this can be accessed. I guess that depends on the railroad but I'm interested in comments that RP viewers can share!

It seems to depend on how cranky the crew or railroad is. I'm no expert (no trespassing tickets here!), but trespassing fines in the US tend to be in the hundreds instead of thousands of dollars.
