Not sure the dates are correct, those wheels look like they have some shine to them. The coupler also looks pretty good, after 5 years I would think this would all be heavily rusted. Think there would be more streaking from the rain and snow on the paint too. Did this get donated to anyplace? Maybe they just repainted/scrubbed it for donation?
