Are these going to run under overhead wire or with a third rail ? The photo does not appear to show either type of electrical pickup.

Thanks, Mitch! Rich: These cars do have pantographs and they are located to the rear of each car, and are difficult to see from this angle when down. The plan is to operate these cars in pairs.
