Very sad. Has the cause of the fire been determined and is there a plan / desire to rebuild?

I have been told from someone well connected to the railroad, that an outside contractor was cleaning the floors in the shop building and that a container of the cleaning solvent was knocked over and ignited by an unknown source. The resulting fire spread to the fuel tanks of the locomotives and was out of control at that point.
