Electric Fuels, ELFX, was a subsidiary of Florida Progress and we used to unload these trains at Florida Power's Crystal River coal yard also a subsidiary of Florida Progress. Why four SD40s? Because, invariably, one would be dead by the time it got to Crystal River.
