Super 60? I like it! These AC6000s are absolutely impressive with the amount of tonnage they can haul at speeds not achieved by any other locomotive. I get to run these once in a blue moon and they have never disappointed me. I ran SD90MACHs for a couple of years almost exclusively, and I see why the "Super 60s" still soldier on. The 90MACs were horrible! The SD80Macs are a close f*****g second to the AC6000s, however.

What a coincidence! You're totally right, AC6000CWs are marvellous machines. In fact, the officially longest train was hauled by 8 of them in Australia, with a total length of 7.33 km and almost 100,000 tonnes. The Union Pacific will regret having downgraded them to 4,400 hp engines.
