You took a great photo, but it is sad to hear of the abandoned lines. After traveling through the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles and witnessing the old roadbeds for grain lines now served exclusively by trucks, I suppose it is just a sad fact of railfanning life.

Amazing catch, and thank you for sharing as there aren't as many photos published (that I can locate) of this segment of the LV South (East) of Laurel Run.
