An interesting find very nicely captured! Worth a moment or two of further discovery - looks as if the Middletown Community Health Center was at one time (2011) hoping to get $4 million in tax credits to renovate the old O&W Train Station and move two of their clinics to that site. Hope the station finds a caring tenant soon.

I have to get some pictures of this place before something unfortunate happens to it. The Salamanca Station would be a perfect example.
