"So that others might live". The 1805 was at one time long ago, the Grand Trunk/Central Vermont "Parade Float" 3611, kept shined up for special occasions during the 1977-82 period. The contrast is sad indeed, but it keeps sister units going with spare parts, that are otherwise expensive and aren't immediately at hand.
