As a former Oklahoman (graduated from OSU), I know this bridge well. However, I am not familiar with this paint scheme or line. I know Stillwater had an engine that serviced a few locations in Stillwater proper. Have they grown?

The original Stillwater Central was just the former ATSF ("Santa Fe") line between Stillwater and Pawnee. Later the former SLSF ("Frisco") line from Sapulpa through OKC to Lawton and Snyder was added. The paint scheme shown here is common to lines owned by Watco Companies. The two original locomotives in Stillwater were still orange and black last time I saw them.
