Do all the traffic lights go dark when there's a train in the block?

This is fantastic seeing an old Nickle Plate Road EMD F7(A) # 83-A lead the "Hoosierland" SB down 8th St. "Street Running". What a beautiful sight. There doesn't seem to be much these past few years, especially out west, here in Utah. Thanks for sharing this photo with us, Norfolk Southern Corp.

The traffic lights go to "blinking red" when a train trips the track circuit. Essentially everything becomes 4-way stop signs. Train movement is at a walking pace, and surprisingly the traffic seems to get out of the way. This is actually quite a busy road, probably the busiest intersection in Noblesville.

So you snapped the picture between blinks. Thanks very much.
