Looking at this shot, I can see the water tank, which appears to be out of service, no steam power that I can discern, A pile of temporary signs to identify the trains for riders after the game, so this was taken early in the game (prior to halftime). The Baldwin switcher looks like they gave it a cleaning, or it was new, which might be the case as PRR took delivery of its next to last annual order of diesels from Baldwin a few months before. It is also a bit less weathered than the GG1s around it, a state of affairs that would be temporary, I'm sure.
