Unlike the GG1s and Baldwin switcher in the next shot, 518 appears not to have been washed after likely having come in from a non-electrified line, my guess is it came in from Atlantic City or elsewhere on the PRSL. I can't rule out her having also having come from Reading. She has the solid pilot, and the ugly generator mounting PRR put on the majority of their K4s, late in their lives.
