Do you have any idea if that SD40-2W is going to stay black or be painted properly.

To answer your question corvette - seeing as how this is DESX Leasing Partners, that ex-CN SD40-2W No. (DESX No.) 5311 will most likely stay black or get painted into a new scheme for whatever railroad leases or buys it. So it's not likely to get painted "properly" back into the CN any time soon.
