I don't think I've seen a rustier rustbucket in my life.

A tetnus shot wouldn't help this locomotive.

I would say she still has some "issues". That thing could fly apart at any second!

It looks like it has seen a few scary things in its life. Or else it looked in the mirror.

I thought the CF7 to be pretty darn ugly even new. But THIS really is the ugliest engine of all time!

Looking at this tired, rusted workhorse, it is hard to believe that this was once a sleek, glamorous streamlined F7!! Oh, how the mighty have rusted!!

I'm at lost for words .

The CF-7 was one of the roughest riding locomotives out there Santa Fe would not put one as lead engine because of it.

I may be a bit odd, but I love the CF7. This one RULES! Why do pictures always have to be of the best looking locomotive? This CF7 has had a hard life, but life is not over for her. You have to admire her as if she is a living, breathing entity. This CF7 is GLORIOUS in so many ways. I LOVE HER!!!

What year was this unit built ? Anyone know what ATSF F unit this was, it's number ? Amazing how this old engine still keeps plugging away.

Like humans, they get old and rusty too. She's seen many a good and bad day. Though she may look as though she's a bit passed her prime.. She still has a solid heart. Still lots of life left in the old girl yet.
