The vehicle in the front looks like a German Uerdingen railbus - but it seems to be heavily armored. Is stone throwing a big problem in Uruguay?

You're right, it is a Uerdingen railbus, and you're right again, as you can see, all rail vehicles have protections against rocks.Thank you!
