This was a PKP Ok 1 class 4-6-0 formerly Prussian P8. Such engines were BR 38.10 on the Deutsche Reichsbahn and later DB and DR. Unusual to have solid bogie wheels - usually they had spoked wheels. (see my photo id 229869).
