The POTB has basically shut down after the terrible winter storm in 2007 in this area. They needed funding help to rebuild the tracks that had been washed out. They did run excursion trains over their line through the western Oregon woods/mountains. GREAT catch.

You finally outdid yourself Mr. Belmont. Not only to have a locomotive painted like a cow, but a high hood GP9 as well. This is a great discovery. You have the gift of GREAT PHOTOGRAPHY!!!
