What happens to these fuselages now, scrapped or repaired?

Scrapped for certain! No airline would take a chance on these as 'repaired'.
Check out the end-on impact damage on the nearest one and how its concertinaed into itself.

Yup, scrapped indeed - just like autos involved in derailments.

The one in the middle might be able to be salvaged, there is no visible damage, but the other two will be scrapped since they have been submerged for a while.

No chance they ever use one of those in airline service. If there was any accident involving the plane and this little "incident" was identified as being related to that aircraft, the lawsuits would be stupendous, irrespective of what damage they might seem to have (or not have) suffered.
